Keisen’s instant fee calculator is designed to help attorneys and legal service professionals obtain fee estimates for the PCT Japanese national phase entry and Japanese trademark application.This calculator is also for the holders of published PCT or trademark applications seeking fee estimates. The calculator will provide the following estimates:

• The Preliminary and formal fee estimates for entering into the Japanese national phase, preparing and filing a Japanese translation, filing a request for examination with JPO, among other things.
• Fee estimates for filing a trademark application in Japan with or without a trademark search before filing
• An option to request a free formal estimate for entering the Japanese national phase is available on the calculator.  If the user requests this option, our international patent specialists will review your international publication for free and get back to you with a formal estimate via email within one business day.
