Our cost estimate for one simple entry into the Japanese national phase with no translation is： US$790 (including JPO official fee of US$140.)

Please note that above fee does NOT include our fee for submitting the Japanese translation to the JPO. According to the Japanese patent law, a PCT application can be entered into the Japanese national phase without a Japanese translation if it is within two months before the 30-Month Deadline. Then, there is the two-month deadline after the entry of the Japanese national phase for filing a Japanese translation. Please note that the translation filing is due two months from the date of the entry, not from the 30-month deadline.
